All marketing activity leads interested and relevant applicants to a bespoke landing page, unique to your situation.

Applications

are then filtered and distilled down, with your ongoing input, to create a shortlist of the very best applicants. Once you are happy with this shortlist, Working In then invites these people to interview.

Interviews

are conducted either remotely on your preferred platform (Skype/Zoom/phone) or in person if you choose to travel overseas with us to interview a range of potential candidates, face to face.
