One of New Zealand’s biggest engineering companies wanted to recruit structural, civil, geotechnical, and building services engineers from the UK. We put together a four-week digital campaign and hosted the company at the Working In events in London and Manchester.
A major engineering company involved in two massive projects – Transmission Gully and the Northern Corridor – needed quantity surveyors to work across New Zealand.
Working In Digital ran a four-week marketing campaign with online advertising, job posts on our website and emails to our database.
Initially, the Working In team filtered applicants and passed them on to our client who got in touch with candidates straight away. A shortlist for interviews in South Africa was then drawn up.
Our client, a software company based in Christchurch, is a fast-growing geotechnical software success story. They were in need of Python developers but just couldn’t find them here in New Zealand. We organised a digital campaign in the UK followed by a recruitment trip.
Working hand in hand with a boutique health recruitment agency, we carried out a two-month digital campaign to target health professionals that wanted to live in New Zealand.
The campaign started with Facebook ads, emails to our database of healthcare workers, and jobs posted on our website. We invited potential candidates to take part in a webinar so that we could explain what the healthcare recruitment agency could offer them and how the New Zealand visa process worked.
