When skill shortages exist, we look to countries that have a great model in place and on this occasion, it was the UK – with an excellent infrastructure, history and a wealth of experience, it was the obvious choice.

We arranged a 10-week marketing campaign to attract the right candidates to 53 interviews held over a week in London and Manchester. With 22 roles to be filled our client is currently in the process of placing prime candidates in their new positions and we’re one step closer to achieving growth for New Zealand’s transportation sector.
