A campaign schedule is then agreed, including a bespoke landing page where all marketing activity is directed to.

Focused entirely on you, this landing page describes your business, who you are looking for and the opportunities available. We track interest and encourage candidates to apply or register.

digital sourcing
We utilize our highly sophisticated digital tools and platforms to create a targeted online campaign.

immigration nz
We work closely with Immigration New Zealand as they also distribute your job vacancies to their database of candidates, looking to move to New Zealand.

engage with candidates
All prospects are led to your bespoke landing page to register and apply. Only applicants that have seen the targeted marketing will be able to reach this page, providing a natural filter.

filter
You’ll review our suggested applications and feedback to us so we can adjust our filtering accordingly.

shortlist
Once filtered, a database of candidates will be available for you to review and shortlist in the Working In private application system. This is your pipeline of talent.

schedule
We then take care of all the communication with your shortlisted candidates to schedule interviews at a time that suits you.

interviews
We set up Interviews to be conducted either remotely on your preferred platform (Skype/Zoom/phone) or in person if you are choosing to travel overseas with us and interview face to face.

interviews overseas
If you are able to travel and interview overseas, we can arrange the whole process. This is a chance to meet face to face with people who are motivated to move to New Zealand.

job offers
A job offer is made to the successful candidates which is subject to visa approval.

visa
Once the job offer is made, our specialist team of licensed immigration advisers offer everything from Visa eligibility checks, through to management of the entire visa process.

arrive
Success! Your candidate is on their way to New Zealand. Working In meet your new recruit at the airport and offer support for their relocation.
