Job checks

Once you are Accredited, you then need to apply for a Job Check. A Job Check needs to be approved by INZ before you can hire international workers for specific roles. Details of the Job Check process also include locations and payrates – regardless of whether the role is on the Green List or paying twice the median wage.

The Job Check stage is arguably the most important stage of the Accreditation process and an area employers must place special emphasis on. This is because, if not properly obtained, you will not be able to recruit your much needed people until a reconsideration or a new application is approved.
